Host Chet Coppock is a big fan of former Bulls head coach Doug Collins. Back in 1989, Coppock and Collins were about to go into the restaurant biz together. There was only one problem. The day after they crossed the Ts and dotted the Is, the Bulls fired Collins and hired a guy named Phil Jackson.
